A tequila lover wanted a custom mixing and serving set for parties on his houseboat roof or for trips to Catalina Island in his sailboat. Mexican glassware, custom leather wraps, vintage bar tools and a one ounce silver piece came together for a truly unique Spirit Set with attitude.

Antique-finish bar tools fit snuggly in a mini-turntable. Shaking tins each have their own compartment for secure building of drinks at sea or on the beach.

Machine-made bottles were selected as decanters for their look and feel. The mold seams and other marks were ground and polished so that the finished pieces are indistinguishable from mouth-blown decanters.

Hand-tooled and hand-sewn leather sleeves wrap the hand-blown Mexican tumblers for a unique tactile experience.

A one ounce Mexican silver piece locks the turntable when the owner takes his set on the boat. It also helps to make critical decisions.

A 1950’s hunting knife tilts up from its form-fitting compartment when it’s time to cut limes. Expertly restored and sharpened by Seattle Edge.

The base and stoppers are carved from a single slab of European Beech. A durable food-grade finish holds up to caustic lime juice.

“Whether I’m on the houseboat or sailboat or even at the beach I can take my tequila bar with me. And no matter the conditions everything stays ship-shape.”
