What Makes our Cutting Board so Special? Our 8-1/2” round Cutting Board is the perfect size for cutting lemons and limes, and carving garnishes and twists. The feet allow you to lift it off the counter and keep the bottom from getting mildewed. The crescent-shaped cutout allows the cutting board to snuggle up to one of our tool bases. And when you want it to take up less counter space you can stand it up on this edge.
Knife Slot: A knife slot is designed to perfectly hold the Seaworthy Bar Knife. A magnet in the slot holds the knife securely in place as you move the cutting board around.
American Walnut: The Monte Carlo Cutting Board is made in our shop from hand-selected Walnut. The top half is built-up from end-grain strips for a more durable cutting surface. It is treated with an oil/wax finish. As with any cutting board, to keep the wood from drying out or cracking, it should be rejuvenated occasionally with a cutting board treatment or Seaworthy Whale Wax.
